One Stop Housing


The One Stop Housing Program is funded by the City of Toronto's Homeless Initiative Fund to provide housing resources to young people to assist them to find safe, decent housing. If you are a youth between the ages of 16 and 24 and are in need of housing, please complete the following form. Be sure to complete each section completely, as empty fields may hinder the application and render it incomplete. Workers who are working for or with youth, can fill out the form with their client's permission and support. You will be contacted to confirm receipt of your application. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. It may be necessary to speak with you as additional information may be required, so leave a contact number where you can be reached.

The One Stop Housing Program collects and disperses resources to help youth find housing. These resources include but are not limited to housing lists, landlord databases, moving, information on how and where to get furniture, how to get started and helpful hints and tips about housing in general. Please note: One stop Housing does not provide crisis or emergency housing. If you are in a dire situation, you may want to contact the following:
